Shawnie McAdams, Director of Vocational Services

Responsible for the company's safety program, including safety training; compliance with OSHA, WSHA, and the federal government.  Management of accident/injury claims filed with Department of Labor & Industries.

Oversees the day to day operations with our production department on all our contracts including  grounds maintenance, janitorial services,  shelf stocking and custodial services.

Raina Girton, Vocational Coordinator

Responsible for vocational services including job development, job retention support, employment assessments, housing assistance, information and referral services.

Carol Stoddard, Financial Assistant

Assists financial officer in daily operations.  Oversees remote time card system.  Responsible for general supply purchasing and tracking.

Alex Ancheta, Project Manager, Commissary Services

Oversees the operation of  our commissary contracts.  Manages the training, coordination and general logistics involved in carrying out these contracts.

Mickey Powers, Production Assistant

Assists both Director of Operations and Financial Officer in the daily operations.  Coordinates time card system and reporting.  

Frank Meyer, Network Administrator

Responsible for the administration of the network, email and all subsequent computer equipment attached to the organization.  Responsible for the website design and updates.

Chad Rodarmel, Project Manager, Grounds Services

Oversees the operations of grounds maintenance contracts, to include the overall management, training, coordination, and carrying out of all grounds projects.

Glenn Kincaid, Production Manager

Quality Control Manager and Janitorial Project Manager. Provides training, conducts supervisor meetings, and quality control inspections of the facilities and grounds.
